At last after several attempts i successfully baked a cake.It is a rehearsal for the elder one bday.She asked me to bake a cake for her bday.She was very happy to see the cake and she liked it.My mission has been accomplished and happy to see her similing.Now its time for me taste to it.cheers

1 1/2 cup Maida
2 tbsp butter
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup ripe orange juice
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup tutty frutty
Mix all the ingredients.Grease the tin with butter and coat it with maida.Pour the batter in the tin and garnish with tutty frutty.Preheat oven,bake the cake at 220 degrees for 45-50mins and check with the tooth pick if it comes out clean then the cake is done.
